Cheers and welcome to a visual overview of some of the most memorable people and places I visited in July 2001 during a great trip I took to the Baltics and slightly beyond...

VERY briefly, my name is Taavi Siitam and I live and work in Toronto, Canada as an urban planner. I'm treating this website as a sort of introduction of myself -- and of my interest in travel, culture and amateur photography. It's also a great way to share with friends and relatives some of what I've been up to lately. As I learn about web-building, I hope to develop a more sophisticated site that will share more about myself and my other interests. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy the site.
